For the past 5 years, I’ve been supporting business owners behind the scenes - helping them take what feels messy, overwhelming or unclear…

and turn it into something structured, simple and actually doable.

Content is a big part of that.

This day is being held in a space that already carries a calm, grounded energy.

Not rushed.

We’ve hired the entire space for the day,
so you’ll have access to multiple rooms for both planning and content creation.

HOW THE DAY FLOWS

Morning - Plan

We start with a calm, structured workshop where you’ll:

• map out 1-3 months of content
• plan 1 full month in detail
• create a simple, repeatable system
• organise your ideas in a way that makes sense

Afternoon - Create

After a relaxed break, we move into the content creation and photography experience.

This is where everything comes to life.

THE PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE

This part of the day is about more than just photos.

It’s about how you feel showing up.

A lot of people come into this space thinking:

Do I need to be confident on camera?

Not at all.

This day is designed to support you with that.

You’ll be guided the whole way - from how to move, where to look and how to feel more comfortable in front of the camera.

There’s no pressure to “get it right.”

Just space to ease into it and be yourself.

I don’t feel organised with my content - is this still for me?

Yes - this is exactly who it’s for.

You don’t need to come prepared or have everything figured out.

This day is about helping you organise what already exists in your mind and turning it into something clear and usable.

What should I bring on the day?

Bring whatever you normally work from:

• Laptop
• Notebook
• Any ideas or content you’ve already started

Everything else will be guided.

What do I wear for the photos?

You’ll be supported with this before the day.

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with Caterina to:

• talk through outfit ideas
• choose looks that align with your brand
• feel prepared going into your shoot

So you’re not guessing on the day.

Is hair and makeup included?

Hair and makeup isn’t included in your ticket.

We’ve intentionally scheduled a later start time (10:30am) so you have the option to have this done professionally beforehand if you’d like.

You’re welcome to come styled, natural, or somewhere in between - the focus is on you feeling comfortable, confident and like yourself.

How many photos will I receive?

You’ll receive 5 professionally edited images after your shoot.

These are high-quality, aligned brand images you can use across your socials, website and marketing.

Will there be time to create content as well?

Yes.

Throughout the day, you’ll have space to:

• film short-form content
• capture behind-the-scenes footage
• take additional photos
• work alongside others

So you don’t just leave with a plan - you leave with content too.

What if I don’t want to manage my content after this?

That’s completely okay.

Some people will leave feeling excited to take it on themselves.

Others will leave with clarity - and realise they’d prefer to stay in their genius zone and have support.

This day helps you decide what works best for you.

Is this tax deductible?

For many business owners, yes.

This workshop focuses on marketing, content creation and brand development - which are often considered legitimate business expenses.

That said, we always recommend checking with your accountant to confirm what applies to your individual situation.
